Data collected
Through the contact form we collect: name, email, phone (optional) and message. Through analytics (Plausible) we don't collect personal data — only aggregated, anonymous traffic stats.
Purpose
Contact data is used exclusively to reply to your request. We don't do direct marketing or third-party sharing without express authorisation.
Retention period
Initial contact emails kept for 3 years or until deletion request. Active client data kept during contract and 10 years after (tax obligation).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability or limitation of processing by emailing ola@nossosite.pt. You have the right to complain to CNPD (Portuguese data protection authority).
Sub-processors
We use Resend for transactional emails, Vercel for hosting and Plausible for analytics. All are GDPR-compliant.
